We’ll document the make, model, and any existing potential warranties on your aids. We also verify that we have the appropriate tools, software, and expertise to work with your specific hearing aids, ensuring we are fully equipped to provide the best possible service. Once we ensure we have all the correct information and equipment, we will call you back to setup the refresh appointment.

2. Refresh Appointment

The refresh appointment is a comprehensive session that includes:

Hearing Aid Cleaning and Assessment: We perform a thorough cleaning of your hearing aids, service them, and replace any necessary parts. We assess the overall function of your devices to ensure they are operating at their best.

Full Hearing Evaluation: We conduct a complete hearing test to obtain an updated prescription for your hearing aids. This ensures that your devices are adjusted to meet your current hearing needs.

Reprogramming and Real Ear Measurement: We reprogram your hearing aids to match the new prescription and perform real ear measurement to ensure that your hearing aids are delivering the precise amplification required for optimal hearing.

3. Ongoing Support

We are pleased to continue servicing your hearing aids and are happy to welcome you as a patient. Our Hearing Aid Refresh package includes one year of follow-up service to ensure your hearing aids remain in excellent condition and continue to meet your needs. We are always here to provide support, make adjustments, and answer any questions you may have throughout the year.
