Sam Buchanan, founder of Avalon Hearing, is a lifelong Razorbacks fan who completed both his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Arkansas. Originally from Texas, Sam spent many summers with family in Arkansas, fostering a deep connection to the state and knowing it was the place he wanted to call home. His approach to hearing care is personal and hands-on—he’s the kind of specialist you can trust, much like you’d trust your go-to mechanic or family doctor. Sam’s goal is to be "the guy" for all your hearing needs, offering reliable, expert care that makes you feel truly heard and understood.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys biking, hiking, tennis, golf, kayaking, and fishing, reflecting his passion for the outdoors and dedication to a balanced life. This commitment to his community and love for the natural beauty of Northwest Arkansas makes Sam not only a trusted professional but also a relatable and approachable figure in the field of hearing care.
